Skyline & Strategy: Arkade Developers Charts ₹4,000 Crore Growth Path in Mumbai’s Real Estate Boom

In a bold testament to Mumbai’s surging real estate momentum, Arkade Developers has unveiled an ambitious plan to generate ₹4,000 crore in top-line revenue for FY26, anchored by the launch of four major residential projects.

Mumbai: A City Still Rising

While many developers remain cautious amid market fluctuations, Arkade is embracing Mumbai’s growth story head-on. With a legacy of timely delivery and high construction quality, the firm is betting on the city’s improving infrastructure and evolving consumer aspirations to drive its next growth wave.

“The outlook for the next two years is not just healthy, it’s transformative,” says Jain. He believes transformative infrastructure like the Mumbai Metro expansion and the Mumbai Trans Harbour Link are redefining connectivity, making previously peripheral zones ripe for development.

FY26: Four Projects, One Big Leap

Arkade’s FY26 strategy revolves around four key launches:

  • The Filmistan Project – its largest land acquisition to date.
  • Three redevelopment projects in Santacruz West, Goregaon West, and Malad West.

Together, these developments are projected to deliver between ₹3,500–₹4,000 crore in revenue. This follows a robust FY25, during which Arkade secured 17.5 acres of land across Mumbai’s western suburbs representing a Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹6,790 crore.

The Arkade Blueprint: Growth with Responsibility

In a post-pandemic world, buyers are prioritizing spacious layouts, wellness amenities, and flexibility. Arkade is responding with homes that offer:

  • Redesigned, larger floor plans.
  • Wellness zones and co-working lounges.
  • Smart home technologies.

And beyond lifestyle, sustainability is woven into the brand’s DNA. Features like solar-powered communal spaces, rainwater harvesting, low-VOC paints, and advanced waste management underscore Arkade’s commitment to environmentally responsible development. Green building certifications are being actively pursued to further validate these efforts.

Market Moves: Micro-Market Mastery

With a pipeline of 16 projects across major Mumbai localities Vile Parle, Malad, Goregaon, Mulund, Bhandup, Andheri, Dahisar, and Borivali Arkade is aggressively expanding its footprint.

The company’s focus on redevelopment projects enables it to rejuvenate aging neighborhoods while navigating Mumbai’s acute land scarcity. Jain notes that mid-income housing is currently driving volumes, particularly in the suburbs, though premium housing demand remains strong and steady.

A Long-Term Vision: From Mumbai to a National Footprint

While Mumbai will always be Arkade’s base, the company is eyeing a pan-India presence. The strategy: expand into other major metros with the same commitment to design, sustainability, and customer-centric development.

“We are not here to race,” Jain reflects. “We are here to endure.”

The Bottom Line

As Mumbai’s skyline ascends with new infrastructure and buyer expectations, Arkade Developers is positioning itself as more than a builder, it’s becoming a shaper of urban futures. With innovation, integrity, and a clear ₹4,000 crore game plan, Arkade isn’t just betting on Mumbai, it’s helping define it.
