Backed by Blue Coast Capital, this platform aims to breathe new life into tired urban logistics assets and transform them into high-performance, sustainable powerhouses.

The first deal? A major win. ARGO’s acquisition of the 183,000ft² Tuscam Trading Estate in Camberley, Surrey, kicks off the platform with impact. Currently underutilised, the estate is being overhauled to deliver modern, eco-conscious logistics space in a prime South East location exactly the type of asset today’s occupiers and investors are chasing.

This isn’t just a property play, it’s a future-focused mission. ARGO is targeting underperforming sites in dense, economically resilient urban centres and turning them into smart, green logistics hubs. It’s a strategy designed to deliver strong returns, long-term value, and real environmental impact.
