Leading UK law firm Knights has enhanced its Manchester real estate team with the appointment of Phillip Birchall as partner, further strengthening its capabilities in large-scale development and regeneration projects across the North West and the wider UK.
Phillip Birchall brings over two decades of experience from prominent roles at Eversheds and Pinsent Masons. He has advised on complex, multi-phase developments across industrial, leisure, retail, sport, and mixed-use sectors, and is widely regarded for his expertise in joint ventures, framework agreements, and public-private partnerships.
