Hyderabad Property Registrations Rise 7% in 2024, Luxury Homes See 58% Growth
Hyderabad’s real estate market has witnessed a 7% increase in property registrations in 2024, signaling continued growth in the region. A significant surge is noted in the luxury segment, with homes priced above ₹1 crore seeing a 58% year-over-year increase.
The rise in registrations shows the city’s growing appeal to homebuyers. High-end properties are gaining traction due to its better infrastructure, IT hub status, and economic prospects. This growth trend is likely to continue as demand for both residential and luxury properties remain robust.
A noteworthy highlight is the 58% year-over-year surge in luxury home transactions priced above ₹1 crore. This reflects a growing interest in high-end properties in the city.
In 2024, Hyderabad experienced a 7% year-on-year rise in home sales registrations. Notably, transactions in December amounted to ₹3,590 crore.
Properties over ₹50 lakhs now make up 40% of registrations. Demand for premium, larger homes is rising.
