Prior to joining De Rito, Pelletier served as Senior Director of Construction & Entitlements at Oak Cap Ventures in Phoenix, where he led the planning, analysis, and execution of development projects across the region. His earlier leadership roles at Symmetry Companies and Avalon Development included directing entitlement and construction for large-scale residential and commercial projects throughout Arizona and other key markets.
Pelletier’s career is distinguished by a consistent ability to streamline internal processes, manage multidisciplinary teams, and navigate complex regulatory frameworks critical skills that will help De Rito accelerate its mixed-use and commercial development pipeline.
